1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or purchase our products. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Services

We manufacture and sell premium automotive detailing products. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Product images are representative; actual packaging and appearance may vary.

4. Intended Use Disclaimer

Our products are intended for automotive detailing use only and must be used strictly in accordance with the directions on the product label. You are responsible for reading and following all safety and usage instructions. Reborn Labs USA is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, off-label use, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

8. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Returns & Refunds

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened chemical products are non-refundable for safety reasons unless defective. See our Refund Policy for the full return process.

10. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting support@rebornlabsusa.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through the return process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, trademarks, product names, formulations, text, graphics, photography, and software — is the property of Reborn Labs USA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

13. SMS Terms

By opting in to our SMS programs you agree to the following terms. Reborn Labs USA operates two separate SMS programs, each requiring a distinct opt-in.

13.1 Transactional Messages

Transactional messages include:

• Order confirmations
• Shipping updates and delivery notifications
• Account notifications
• Customer support responses

13.2 Promotional Messages

Promotional messages include:

• Exclusive offers and discount codes
• New product announcements
• Sale events and other promotional content

13.3 SMS Program Terms

• Message frequency varies based on your activity for transactional messages.
• Promotional messages are limited to a maximum of four (4) messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@rebornlabsusa.com.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13.4 SMS Privacy

Information about SMS opt-in and use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBORN LABS USA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reborn Labs USA and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@rebornlabsusa.com. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reborn Labs USA regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
